The Turtle Wax Pro Ambassador Program invites car wash operators using Turtle Wax Pro to select one standout employee from their location to become an official ambassador. How the Program Works
1. Nomination
Car wash operators select one employee from their location who demonstrates leadership, curiosity and a passion for delivering great wash results.
2. Enrollment
Once selected, your ambassador will be enrolled in the Turtle Wax Pro Brand Ambassador Program and receive onboarding materials.
3. Training & learning
Ambassadors gain access to exclusive training modules, resources and industry education designed to expand their knowledge. They will receive a certification for the completion of training.

Participants apply what they learn in the training at their wash. Selling more top washes, improving operations, supporting team training and enhancing customer experiences. Our brand ambassadors will also have various touchpoints to share best practices & continuous education.

They will need to complete the course modules on our TWPLearn platform in order to receive their official “certification” and welcome package.
How much time does participation require?
The program is designed to be flexible. Most learning opportunities can be completed online and at the ambassador’s pace. The full learning plan should take roughly 2 hours to complete.
